- You need 1/2 of large onion - diced roughly.
- It's 2-3 tablespoon of olive oil.
- It's 1 of red bell pepper - diced.
- Prepare 1 of green bell pepper - diced.

- You need 1 of jalapeno pepper diced.

- Put oil in a Crock-Pot express pan and turn on saute mode. Add onions and saute till translucent. Then add bell peppers, cinammon stick and bay leaf and saute..
