Ingredients of Pasta Salad

  1. Prepare 1 (16 oz.) of Box Rotini pasta.
  2. You need 1 head of broccoli florets.
  3. You need 1 pack of grape tomatoes halved.
  4. You need 1 of cucumber, seeds removed, diced fine.
  5. It's 1 of bell pepper diced.
  6. Prepare of Green onions sliced.
  7. Prepare 1 can of large black pitted olives, sliced.
  8. You need 1 of bottle, about 10 greek peppers, whole (peppercinis).
  9. It's 1 block of colby cheese cubed.
  10. You need 1 block of pepper jack cheese cubed.
  11. You need 1 of ham steak cubed.
  12. Prepare 1 bag of mini pepperonis.
  13. You need 1 packet of Good Seasons Italian seasoning mix.
  14. You need Pinch of white sugar.
  15. It's 1 (24 oz.) of bottle olive garden creamy Italian dressing.

Pasta Salad instructions

  1. Boil pasta according to directions and drain then run cold water over pasta to cool, drain again and set aside.
  2. Put together entire ingredients into large mixing bowl (except the pasta and bottle dressing) turning to mix.
  3. Add pasta and bottle dressing and turn in bowl with spatula until evenly coated, I also add some juice from the pepper jar.
  4. Cover and place in fridge...at least 2-3 hours to marry the flavors Overnight is better.
  5. After taking out of fridge, give it a toss and serve !! 😋.
  6. I like to add a little grated parmesan or feta cheese on top maybe some sunflower seeds or bacon bits but that is completely optional ENJOY !!.
