  1. Prepare 6 of hot chili.
  2. It's 1 clove of garlic.
  3. You need 1/2 tbsp of lime juice.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of palm sugar.
  6. Prepare 2/3 cup of mix fruits in your refrigerator,i have grapes,corn,kiwi,green apple,mangosteen etc..
  7. You need 1 tbsp of nuts you have,i use cashew nuts.
  8. It's 5 of prawns ,blanched.
  9. It's 1 of pestel and mortar.

Thai Style Fruit Salad step by step

  1. Chop ,dice ,fruits you have ,this may including some carrots,some tomato,some beans,some corn,grapes,kiwi etc..
  2. By pestel and mortar ,first crush chili and garlic ,i add in 6 chili you can reduce to 2 if you dont like spicy.
  3. Add palm sugar ,fish sauce,lime juice ,grind to mix.
  4. Add mix fruits and cooked prawns ,mix softly by spoon,serve as lite salad :).
